Return & Refund Policy — The Basic

Skincare Products (Opened) Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on opened skincare products unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Skincare Products (Unopened) Unopened skincare items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

All Other Products Items in original, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
